Your only job: answer the phone.
90-Day Proof Period
If we don't demonstrate measurable inbound demand within 90 days of activation, you don't pay — and you're free to walk away. No questions asked.

You choose: Twilio tracking number (more data) or your branded number (GA4 clicks only).

Who Can Use GMTO
These terms are a B2B contract. Consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations) do not apply.
To use our services, you must:
- • Be at least 18 years old
- • Operate a legitimate trade business in the UK
- • Have authority to bind your business to these terms
- • Provide accurate registration information
- • Hold valid certifications for your trade (e.g., Gas Safe, NICEIC)
- • Keep your account credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your Responsibilities (Cooperation Clause)
The Full Stack Growth System only works if you do your part. We generate enquiries — you convert them into jobs.
- Answer calls — during business hours, or return missed calls promptly
- Respond to enquiries — emails, form submissions, WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Provide accurate information — services offered, areas covered, certifications
- Maintain your certifications — Gas Safe, NICEIC, etc. must remain valid
- Keep us informed — notify us of service changes, holidays, capacity issues
If you consistently fail to answer calls or respond to enquiries, we reserve the right to pause or terminate service. We can't prove the system works if you don't engage with the leads.
Pricing
All prices in GBP. VAT (20%) added at checkout. 90 days free. Billing begins based on your performance.
Billing & Payment
No charge during the 90-day proof period. Once your proof threshold is met, we'll notify you and billing begins the following month.
Monthly subscription via Stripe. We'll take a card on file before activation (not charged until proof is met).
- • Day 1-3: Automatic retry (up to 3 attempts)
- • Day 4: Email notification sent
- • Day 7: Service suspended (site goes offline)
- • Day 14: Account marked for termination
- • Day 30: Data deleted
Reactivation: pay outstanding balance to restore service.
We'll give 30 days' notice of price increases. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel from your dashboard or email us. Your site stays live until the end of your paid period.
- • Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- • No refunds for partial months
- • You have 30 days after cancellation to export data
- • We'll help transfer your domain if you own it
You can walk away at any point during the 90-day proof period with no charge and no obligation.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, business info, logos). By uploading, you grant us a licence to use it to deliver our services.
You're responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. This includes your certifications — don't claim Gas Safe registration if you're not registered.
We may remove content that violates these terms or UK law, with or without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
Consequence: Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Domains
If you bring your own domain, you retain full ownership. We configure DNS to point to your GMTO site.
If we register a domain on your behalf, it's registered in your name. On cancellation, we'll transfer it to you or release it (your choice). Allow up to 14 days for transfer.
If your site uses a GMTO subdomain (yourname.getmytradeonline.co.uk), this remains our property and cannot be transferred.
Intellectual Property
GMTO retains ownership of our platform, templates, code, and technology. Your subscription grants you a licence to use these — not ownership.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or templates.
SEO & Rankings Disclaimer
We build your site with SEO best practices: proper structure, schema markup, page speed, mobile responsiveness. Our 90-day proof guarantee is based on generating inbound enquiries, not specific Google rankings.
We do not guarantee:
- • Specific ranking positions ("page 1", "#1 on Google")
- • Exact traffic volumes
- • Conversion rates or job bookings
- • Results within any specific timeframe beyond proof period
Rankings depend on factors we don't control: your competition, Google's algorithm, your reviews, and how long your site has existed.
Our case studies show real results (744 phone clicks, 3-4x ROI), but every business is different.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- • Indirect or consequential losses
- • Third-party service outages (Google, Stripe, etc.)
- • Your failure to answer calls or respond to enquiries
- • Data loss beyond our backup retention
- • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law
Termination
- • Violate these terms
- • Fail to pay (after grace period)
- • Misrepresent your credentials
- • Fail to cooperate (don't answer calls repeatedly)
- • Engage in illegal activity
- • Site goes offline
- • You have 30 days to request data export
- • After 30 days, data is deleted
- • Domain transfers handled within 14 days (if applicable)
