Who We Are (Data Controller & Processor)
Melling Web Studios Ltd trading as GetMyTradeOnline ("GMTO", "we", "us", or "our") is the data controller for the personal data we collect to run our own business — prospects, account holders, billing contacts, support enquiries, and visitors to getmytradeonline.co.uk.
Two roles, kept clear: for personal data submitted by your own customers through the website we build and host for you (enquiry-form details, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and the leads in your dashboard), your business is the data controller and GMTO acts as your processor. We handle that data only to deliver the service to you — hosting, call tracking, notifications, reporting, and support — never for our own purposes. We do not sell it, and we never route or resell your enquiries to other trades.
