Is it really free?
Yes. A listing costs nothing: no card, no contract, no time limit, and we never charge per enquiry.
Who sees my enquiries?
Only you. An enquiry on your profile goes to your business, by text and email, and nobody else. We never sell or share it.
Can I pay to appear higher?
No. Nobody can pay to rank. The order comes from claimed status, real ratings and the business name.
Do I need a website to be listed?
No. A listing stands on its own. If you would like a website as well, a free one is available, but it is entirely optional.
Can I add reviews?
Yes: real customer reviews you have collected, and a link to your Google profile. We do not invent ratings.
Am I listed without my say-so?
No. You are listed only with your consent. Some businesses appear from the public register with just the registered name, trade and town, until the owner claims the listing or asks for it to be removed.
What if my business is already listed?
Find your business in the directory, press Claim this listing, and it becomes yours to add your number, services, photos and reviews.
How do I get removed?
Every profile has a Request removal link. One email and it is gone.
