Payment Terms
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- No setup fees or long-term contracts required
- 30 days written notice required for cancellation
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Late payment may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
- Clients retain full ownership of their business name, logo, branding, written content, images, and domain names
- Your domain name always remains yours — we will never hold a domain hostage or prevent transfer
- GetMyTradeOnline.co.uk retains ownership of the platform, software, templates, layouts, components, and proprietary tools
- Your website is provided as part of an ongoing managed service subscription
- The website remains live while your subscription is active; upon cancellation, the hosted site is taken offline unless otherwise agreed
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- We maintain regular platform-level backups, but clients are advised to keep copies of their own critical business content
Fair Use & Platform Limits
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or enquiry levels
- We reserve the right to refuse illegal or harmful content
- Excessive resource usage may result in service limits
- Violation of terms may lead to service termination
- Non-payment will result in service suspension
Liability & Warranty
- Our liability is limited to amounts paid in preceding 12 months
- We provide services 'as is' without express warranties
- Not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- 99.9% uptime target but not guaranteed
Termination & Law
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice via email or WhatsApp to the official contact details listed on this website
- Upon termination, clients may request a copy of their business content (text and images provided)
- Your domain remains yours and can be transferred at any time
- Platform code, layouts, and proprietary systems are not transferable
- These terms are governed by laws of England and Wales
- Disputes resolved in courts of England and Wales
